Presenting the 2nd Annual Curves for Change Fundraiser 5K Run
Join us on Thursday September 13th, 2012 at 7PM in NYC to run (or WALK!) and raise money for two great organizations working to empower women and girls. All ages welcome, so this is a perfect family day in the park! The money we raise TOGETHER will be donated to Somaly Mam Foundation and The Komera Project. Here are the details…
Every donation is tax deductible. The participant who raises the most money will receive special recognition & a prize for their dedication.

LOCATION: 103rd Street and Riverside Drive, NYC

ABOUT THE RACE:

- Mile Splits

- Free beer and discounted food at the Hudson Beach Café post race, because, let’s face it, you earned it!
PAYMENT DETAILS: $30 Registration Fee (includes t-shirt and prize for first place male and female finisher). Registration day of race is $50. Keep in mind this race is capped at 300 participants and we do expect to sell out. Go to the Urban Athletics website to register!
RACE PACKET PICK-UP: Packets available for pick-up on race day starting at 5:30PM – 6:30PM.
POST RACE INFO: Join the members of Curves for Change after the race for free beer and discounted food specials at the Hudson Beach Café on 105th Street and Riverside Drive.
FUNDRAISING INSTRUCTIONS: Curves for Change highly encourages each race participant to raise as much money as possible for these two amazing organizations. Don’t forget…it is tax deductible and great for your karma!

PRIZES: Prizes are awarded to the first place male and female finisher, as well as the person who raises the most money. Last year’s winner received a day at a luxury NYC spaaaaah.
